Returns may be made within 30 days of
purchase for Summit Pets store credit only. Any newly packaged, unopened and unused product in resaleable condition may be returned. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Summit Pets is required prior to sending a return. A return may be assessed a 20% restocking fee and a $9.95 return fee based on the condition of the returned items or solely at the discretion of Summit Pets. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Can I cancel or change an order once I've made it?:
No. Orders can not be cancelled or changed. All orders occur in real time and cannot be cancelled or changed after it has been placed. The customer assumes all responsibility for information provided and the charges when placing the order. You may return the item using our return policy once you have received the shipment. If your order is refused and returned, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus a $9.95 shipping fee on the credit card originally used to purchase your order. No exceptions. These fees are necessary to cover our costs of shipping the product to the delivery address and to have it shipped back to Summit Pets. Summit Pets is NOT responsible for mistyped information including incorrect product, shipping or billing information.

Placing and order :
1. Place an item(s) in your
shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button, which is located
below the product description on each product page.
2. Choose "Check Out"
at the bottom of your shopping cart after you are done shopping.
checking out, you can also click on the Register button (optional) to create a
login and password for easy repeat ordering, so you don't have to re-enter
information every time you order.
3. Complete the checkout process by
providing billing and shipping information.
4. Provide a valid credit card for payment.
With the MyRewards program, you earn points on every purchase! Those points can then be converted into store credit for your next purchase. Here's how it works: each purchase earns 1 point for every dollar spent (for example: $100 purchase = 100 points). Reward points will be applied to your account when your order has shipped and are redeemable after two (2) days. You can view accrued points by clicking My Rewards from the My Account page. You must be logged into your customer account in order to view this information.
Once on the MyRewards page, you will see an option to redeem
points for Summit store credit. Here, you can choose how many reward points you'd like to redeem. Minimum Points Required to Redeem = 100; 100 points = $1 store credit.
Once a shopper clicks Redeem Now, the MyRewards
system automatically applies store credit to your customer account in the form of a
gift certificate. The next time the you go to place an order, the
store credit from redeemed reward points will automatically be
deducted from the total order amount. You must be logged into your account since the store credit (gift certificate) is linked to your email address. You may combine store credit (gift certificate) with one (1) coupon code.
Orders Made Using MyRewards Gift Certificates
Orders that use reward program store credit as payment do not qualify
for reward program point accrual. This is true regardless of whether
the store credit amount covers all or part of the order total.
